Finally, the value for money is a consistent theme, with many finding the prices reasonable compared to other establishments in the area.

Most Disliked

Some diners mention that wait times can sometimes stretch longer than expected, causing a bit of impatience among patrons. A few have noted a lack of communication during busy periods, particularly when staff are on the phone, which can detract from the overall experience. The occasional ups and downs in service seem to be countered by the overall quality of food, but consistency is something the tavern might want to watch. Additionally, peak times can lead to crowded conditions, especially on Sundays when the tavern reaches full capacity.

Love this place. Such a friendly cosy restaurant. My husband and I visited today as we received a voucher for Christmas. Food was piping hot and delicious. We were served quickly and didn’t wait between courses. Staff are excellent and very attentive. Prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants. Sarah the owner is lovely and also Graham. Thank you to Ciara and Kelsey who served us. All in all a lovely visit ☺️
